Do I need a dance partner?
Although you can do some exercises by yourself or an object (chair) its recommended to have a partner or friend to train with.
Can I use this training together with my group?
Fore sure! The more people the better! We do offer a special group pricing, then you can enjoy it together!
I am confused with the terminology!
CI = Contact Improvisation = Contact Improv = Contact Impro, its all the same and still always different. There is also a subgenre called "Contact beyond Contact", its not what we are doing.
Do I need a special place to train?
You don't need much space, a medium size living room is already enough.
Isn't it strange to learn Contact Improv online?
We want to make CI available for every person. In this way you are independent of courses & trainers and can learn wherever, whenever and however. Try it!
I feel like a bad mover, I am not sure if I can do it!
