FAQs
Do I need a dance partner?
You don’t need a partner for most of the training; you can enjoy it solo from the comfort of your home. However, for the final chapter, Dancefloor Connection, inviting 2-3 friends to join you can add a fun and interactive element as you dance and play together.
Can I use this training together with my group?
Fore sure! The more people the better!
I am confused with the terminology!
That’s totally understandable! Free dance invites you to move however feels natural—no steps to memorize. Ecstatic Dance is a global movement celebrating this freedom together. Embodiment Dance focuses on connecting with your inner experience as you move, while Contemporary Dance is trained by professional dancers.
Do I need a special place to train?
You don't need much space, a medium size living room is already enough.
Isn't it strange to learn Dance online?
We want to make dance available for every person. In this way you are independent of courses & trainers and can learn wherever, whenever and however. Try it!
I feel like a bad mover, I am not sure if I can do it!
Don't be afraid, there is always a beginning. You don't need any movement background to get started with us!
